I would like to bring it to your notice that on 22nd June a parcel was booked to be delivered at my address i.e., Vill - ____________, P.O. - ___________, P.S. - _________, Dist - ____________, PIN - _________ from Kolkata through your highly reputed courier services. My consignment no. is AWB786786. It was promised that it could take up to 10 days to deliver the parcel. But till now I have not received the parcel. Even on your website the 'Tracking Id' has been showing no update since 29th June.
The parcel is very precious to me and I have an urgent need of it. Therefore I am requesting you to kindly look into the matter and to make necessary arrangements for the delivery of the parcel at the earliest.
